Cancellation and refunds

The exact cancellation deadline and applicable amount are shown before Razorpay checkout. Each journey in a round trip is assessed separately.

01

DGC Share cancellation deadline

Each confirmed DGC Share journey may be cancelled until 9:00 AM India Standard Time on the date two calendar days before that journey’s travel date. A cancellation fee of ₹100 per person applies to each cancelled journey within this window; the remaining fare for that journey is refundable.

Round trips can be cancelled in full, or as onward-only or return-only, from Manage booking / Manage account. The refund for each selected journey is calculated against that journey’s own cancellation deadline.

Before payment, the checkout form shows the cancellation fee of ₹100 per person and each journey’s deadline, which you accept with a checkbox before Razorpay opens.

02

After the deadline

If you cancel a journey after 9:00 AM India Standard Time on its cancellation deadline date, that journey is non-refundable. Other journeys on the same round trip may still be refundable if their own deadlines have not passed. Bookings made within two days of a journey’s travel date are already past that journey’s cancellation deadline, so that journey is non-refundable. Within 48 hours of departure, we may be unable to reallocate the reserved seat or seats.

03

Acceptance record

The website saves the terms version, refund-policy version, acceptance time, displayed deadline and refundable amount with the booking record.

04

Refund method and timing

An approved refund is initiated to the original payment method used for the booking. DGC will show the refund status in the secure account view where available. The time taken for the amount to appear after initiation is controlled by the bank, card network or payment provider.

If a captured payment cannot be matched to confirmed seat inventory, the payment-resolution process may initiate a full refund. Do not make a second payment while a transaction is still shown as pending.

05

Payment disputes and help

Use Manage account first to review the current booking, cancellation and refund status. If help is still required, email support@dhanbadgreencabs.com with the booking reference and the mobile number used for booking.
