Service provider and scope
Dhanbad Green Cabs (DGC) provides the scheduled DGC Share service described on this website. The only shared corridor currently open for online seat booking is Dhanbad ↔ Durgapur Airport. References to Ranchi, Deoghar and Kolkata describe planned network coverage and do not create a booking offer, timetable or fare for those routes.
The website, support channels and booking records use India Standard Time. Support is available daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM at support@dhanbadgreencabs.com and +91 97413 70838.
How a booking is formed
Searching a route or reaching Razorpay Checkout does not by itself create a confirmed booking. A DGC Share booking is created only after the payment is confirmed and DGC issues a booking reference or confirmation page.
The selected seats are held for a maximum of 10 minutes when Razorpay Checkout starts. Closing the browser or leaving the site does not release those seats. The hold continues until you cancel it, it expires, or the payment is confirmed. Returning to the site resumes an open hold. If a payment is captured after the hold has expired and the seats were released, a full automatic refund is arranged.
Service, schedule and fare
DGC Share is offered only between Dhanbad and Durgapur Airport. Available departures and served flight cities depend on the selected travel date. All departure times are from the first pickup point for that direction: Dhansar or Durgapur Airport. The selected pickup point, travel date, scheduled time, seats and complete payable amount are shown before payment.
The published fare is ₹999 per passenger for each one-way journey. A round trip contains two separately assessed journeys. The checkout summary is the controlling price for the selection being purchased; no undisclosed optional charge is added after payment.
Passengers and luggage
Children aged 5 years or older require their own seat and must be included in the passenger count. DGC Share permits up to three booked seats.
The luggage allowance is one check-in bag and one cabin bag per booked passenger. Luggage carried for minors, including children under 5, is included in the booking's total allowance.
If the published allowance does not meet your needs, contact support before completing a Share booking.
Pickup and customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate route, date, contact, passenger, luggage and pickup-point details, remain reachable on the booking mobile number and arrive by the reporting time communicated for the selected point.
A seat may be refused where the passenger count, identity, luggage or conduct creates a legal or safety risk, or where abusive, unlawful or hazardous conduct occurs. Any such decision will be reviewed against the booking record and applicable consumer law.
Timing and operational disruption
Scheduled times and estimated arrivals are planning information, not flight-connection guarantees. Traffic, weather, road restrictions, public emergencies, breakdowns and other events outside reasonable control may affect the journey. Passengers remain responsible for choosing a suitable travel buffer and complying with airline reporting requirements.
If DGC cannot provide a confirmed journey for a reason attributable to DGC, the available remedy will be communicated promptly and handled consistently with applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms excludes a statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Payments, cancellation and refunds
Online payment is processed through Razorpay. DGC does not ask for, receive or store a card CVV, UPI PIN, banking password or payment OTP. Customers should complete payment only inside the Razorpay checkout presented by this website.
Cancellation and refunds follow each journey’s own deadline and the ₹100 per-person fee published on the Cancellation & refunds page. Round trips may be cancelled in full, onward-only or return-only. The exact deadline and applicable amount are displayed before payment and stored with the booking acceptance record.
Website use and intellectual property
The Dhanbad Green Cabs name, DGC wordmark, website content and original visual assets may not be copied, misrepresented or used to impersonate the business. The ™ symbol indicates a pending proprietary claim and does not represent registered-trademark status.
Customers must not attempt to bypass security controls, interfere with live inventory, automate abusive booking requests or use the website for unlawful activity.
Complaints and applicable law
Questions or complaints may be sent to support@dhanbadgreencabs.com with the booking reference and a concise description of the issue. We may verify the booking mobile number before disclosing account information.
These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. They do not restrict a consumer from approaching a competent consumer commission or other statutory forum. The National Consumer Helpline is available at consumerhelpline.gov.in and 1915.
