This notice explains what Dhanbad Green Cabs collects, why it is used, who may process it and how a customer can exercise available data rights.

01

Who handles your information

Dhanbad Green Cabs, based in Dhanbad, Jharkhand, determines how personal information submitted through this website is used for DGC Share operations and customer support. Privacy requests may be sent to support@dhanbadgreencabs.com.

This notice is designed to provide the clear-purpose information expected under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection framework. It does not reduce any right available under applicable law.

02

Information collected

Booking and account activity may include a full name, Indian mobile number, route, pickup point, travel date and time, passenger count, flight-context selection, booking reference, payment and refund status, acceptance records, support correspondence and documents generated for the booking.

Security and service logs may include IP address, browser or device information, request time, authentication events and abuse-prevention results. Google Analytics may receive limited website usage information such as page views, device category, approximate location and referral source. Names, mobile numbers, booking references, confirmation tokens and form values are not intentionally sent to Analytics.

03

Purposes and lawful processing

Information is used to display live inventory, protect seats during checkout, confirm payments, create and manage bookings, provide pickup and customer support, process cancellations and refunds, issue tickets or tax documents, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain audit records and meet accounting or legal obligations.

Where consent is required, the request will describe the purpose before the information is submitted. Certain processing may also be necessary to perform the service requested by the customer or to meet a lawful obligation. DGC does not sell personal information or use booking details for unrelated advertising profiles.

04

Payments and processors

Razorpay processes online payment details within its checkout. DGC receives transaction identifiers, amount and payment status but does not receive or store a card CVV, UPI PIN, banking password or payment OTP.

Cloud hosting, database, security, analytics, email or messaging providers may process the limited information needed to provide their contracted function. Access is restricted to operational need. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

05

Drivers and journey operations

A confirmed passenger manifest and the contact details reasonably necessary for pickup may be made available to the assigned driver or authorised operations staff. They are expected to use that information only for the booked journey, safety, support and legally required records.

06

Retention and deletion

Booking, payment, tax, cancellation, refund and audit records are retained for the period reasonably required for service delivery, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and applicable legal obligations. Authentication challenges and temporary security data expire on shorter operational schedules.

A deletion request can be started from Manage account or sent to the privacy contact. Information will be erased or de-identified when no longer required, except where retention is necessary for a legal claim, financial record, fraud control or other lawful purpose.

07

Security

DGC uses role-based access controls, secure account verification, encrypted transport, restricted server credentials and operational audit records. Payment credentials remain within Razorpay’s checkout. No online system can promise absolute security; suspected misuse should be reported promptly without sharing passwords or payment secrets.

08

Your choices and rights

After identity verification, a customer may request access to available account information, correction of inaccurate details, a data export, erasure where applicable and review of a privacy grievance. Manage account provides self-service access to supported requests; support can assist where an action is not available online.

Browser settings can limit cookies or analytics storage, although essential security and session features may be required for booking or account access. A customer may also nominate another person or exercise other rights when those rights become applicable under Indian data-protection law.

09

Children and account verification

The service is booked by an adult customer. Passenger details about a child should be provided only by a parent, lawful guardian or authorised adult and only to the extent required for seating, luggage and the journey. DGC does not knowingly invite children to create independent accounts.

10

Grievances and updates

For a privacy request or complaint, email support@dhanbadgreencabs.com with enough information to identify the relevant booking or account. DGC may verify the mobile number or request proportionate proof before disclosing, correcting or deleting personal information.

This notice may be updated when services, processors or law change. The revision date appears at the top of the page; material changes will be presented through an appropriate website or customer notice.
